Fred Davis is the founder of Inspiring Biblical Leadership, a faith-driven platform dedicated to developing leaders who lead with conviction, humility, and purpose. A lifelong servant of the Lord, Fred has been actively engaged in ministry for over 40 years, helping individuals grow spiritually while navigating the real-world demands of leadership.
Fred brings a rare depth of experience, having served 24 years in active military service and over 25 years in the corporate and professional leadership arena. This dual background has given him firsthand insight into the pressures, complexities, and responsibilities leaders face in both spiritual and professional environments.
Over the past 20 years, Fred has devoted himself to the intentional study of biblical leadership principles, integrating Scripture with proven leadership frameworks and practical application. As an active Maxwell Leadership Team member, he is committed to continuous growth and to equipping leaders with tools that are both faith-centered and effective in today’s world.
Through teaching, writing, coaching, and mentoring, Fred equips leaders across the globe to think clearly, lead courageously, and live faithfully. His passion is to bring clarity, encouragement, and biblical perspective to the calling and responsibility of Christian leadership, helping others lead well wherever God has placed them.
