Inspiring Biblical Leadership, led by Fred M. Davis Jr., respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, contact us, subscribe to communications, purchase products, or participate in our services.
In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Inspiring Biblical Leadership. “You” refers to visitors, customers, subscribers, and participants.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information relevant to your interactions with our website and business.
Contact information. When you submit a form, email us, or request a consultation, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, service interests, and message.
Subscriber information. When you subscribe, we collect your name, email address, subscription preferences, and records of your signup or consent.
Purchase and booking information. When you place an order or register for a service, we collect information needed to process the transaction, such as billing and shipping details, purchased items, registration details, order history, and payment status.
Payment providers process payment credentials through checkout. We receive transaction information needed to manage orders, refunds, and accounting. Please do not send card numbers or security codes through ordinary email or contact forms.
Coaching and assessment information. When relevant to a service you request, we collect information you choose to provide about your goals, responsibilities, challenges, assessment responses, development priorities, and progress.
Technical information. Our website and supporting providers collect information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral source, access times, and online identifiers. Cookie choices affect collection through optional tracking technologies.
Information from organizations or providers. An organization sponsoring your participation may provide your name, business contact details, role, and registration information. Assessment and payment providers may supply reports or transaction details needed to deliver your requested service.
2. Faith-Related and Other Sensitive Information
Some coaching conversations, prayer requests, or assessments may involve religious beliefs, personal circumstances, or health-related information.
Please share only information relevant to the assistance you are requesting. Do not include Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records, or another person’s confidential information in routine forms.
Before requesting sensitive information, we will explain the purpose and obtain separate consent where required. We do not treat your submission of a general contact form as permission for unrelated uses of sensitive information.
We do not use private prayer requests, faith-related responses, health information, or coaching disclosures for advertising or publish those details without appropriate permission.
Downloaded assessments: When you complete an assessment entirely offline and do not send your answers to us, we receive purchase and delivery information, not your completed responses. Information you later submit for review falls under this policy.
Third-party assessments: Before you use an external assessment platform, we will identify the provider and explain relevant access to your responses and reports.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to respond to messages, schedule consultations, fulfill purchases, deliver resources, and provide coaching, speaking, training, assessments, and mastermind programs.
We also use relevant information to manage registrations, provide customer support, process refunds, maintain business records, prevent fraud, protect our website, and comply with legal obligations.
With your subscription or other appropriate permission, we send leadership insights, resource updates, event information, and offers.
We use permitted website activity information to understand which content visitors find useful and improve website performance.
Assessment scoring may produce development reports. We do not use assessment scores to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information only for the purposes described in this policy or another purpose explained to you.
Service providers. Our website uses Wix. Information may pass through Wix and providers supporting payments, shipping, communications, scheduling, assessments, website maintenance, and service delivery. The categories disclosed depend on each provider’s function.
For example, a shipping provider needs delivery information, while an assessment provider may need participant details and responses. Providers may have separate privacy responsibilities for activities such as payment security and fraud prevention.
Professional and legal needs. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect safety, prevent fraud, or defend legal rights.
Business changes. Information may transfer during a business reorganization or sale, subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections. We will provide any required notice.
Your instructions. We may disclose information to someone you authorize, within the scope of your authorization.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising based on your activities across unrelated websites.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses essential cookies and similar technologies for functions such as security, shopping carts, and remembering privacy choices.
Optional technologies may support preferences and website analytics. We request consent before using nonessential technologies where required. Our cookie controls explain the available categories and allow you to change your choices.
Third-party content, such as an external video or assessment, may collect technical information when you choose to use that content. Some providers can recognize activity across websites. Applicable provider notices explain those practices.
You can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect checkout or other requested features.
Our website does not change processing in response to the older browser “Do Not Track” signal. We honor legally recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, when applicable law requires.
6. Email and Contact Preferences
Newsletter registration is separate from submitting a question, booking a consultation, or making a purchase. Those activities do not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.
You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact Fred.M.Davis@InspiringBiblicalLeadership.org. We will process your request within the timeframe required by law.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary messages about an existing order, appointment, payment, or service.
Providing a phone number allows us to respond to your request. That action alone does not authorize automated marketing calls or promotional text messages.
7. Coaching, Group Programs, and Testimonials
We restrict access to private coaching information and assessment responses to people who need access to provide services or meet legal responsibilities.
For employer-sponsored or organization-sponsored programs, we establish reporting expectations before services begin. Sponsorship does not automatically authorize access to private coaching notes, sensitive responses, or individual assessment findings. Any disclosure requires an appropriate agreement and lawful basis.
Group participants may hear information you share during workshops or masterminds. We require respectful treatment of others’ information, but cannot guarantee another participant’s conduct.
We obtain appropriate permission before recording sessions or publishing identifiable testimonials, photographs, or client stories. Public comments or reviews you choose to post may be visible to others.
8. Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose of collection, ongoing service needs, legal obligations, accounting, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping.
Retention depends on the information involved. Order records may remain necessary for tax obligations. Coaching records depend on the engagement and applicable requirements. Limited unsubscribe records may remain necessary to honor your communication choices.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify the information, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup schedules.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and restrict access according to business need. No online system can guarantee complete security. We will provide notifications required by law following a qualifying security incident.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about your information, request corrections, or request deletion.
Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may include access, a portable copy, restrictions on processing, objection to certain uses, withdrawal of consent, and an appeal of a denied request.

We may request reasonable verification before releasing or changing personal information. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful reason for declining all or part of a request.
Withdrawal of consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Deleting information necessary for an active service may prevent us from continuing that service.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. You may also contact the privacy regulator or other authority responsible for your location.
10. International Processing and Legal Bases
Wix and other providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ between countries.
Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on providing requested services or taking steps toward a contract, complying with legal obligations, your consent, or legitimate interests such as responding to requests, protecting our systems, and improving services. We consider your rights when relying on legitimate interests.
Processing sensitive information requires an additional lawful condition where applicable, such as explicit consent. We do not treat use of the website alone as consent to international transfers or sensitive-data processing.
11. Children’s Information
Our online purchases, subscriptions, service bookings, and forms are intended for adults. Anyone under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to contact us about participation rather than submit personal information independently.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through these features. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
Any program involving minors requires separate arrangements and appropriate privacy and consent procedures.

External websites and services have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information directly to those providers.
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required.
